Who We Are

Our Aims & Objectives

  • We aim at supplying carers, senior carers, support workers and nursing staff to care homes, residential care homes, to cover their shortages to continue to give the best of care deserved by the service users in their care.
  • Our target are care homes for the elderly in Moray, Highlands, Aberdeen and Shire environ,  Glasgow, Edinburgh and Dundee.
  • We aim to be consistent and work a bit different from other agencies around. By working together with individual care homes with the aim of being consistent to enable continuation of care and lessen confusion arising from sending different staff to each care home we aim to work with.

Meet Our Team

Dr. Jide Durojaye

He is a Medical Doctor with over 12 years’ experience in the field. Now a GP based in England. He is the Clinical compliance officer at T and I Professional Services.

He deals with all clinical compliance, policies and procedures of the company.

Olumide Arojojoye

He has BSc in Civil Engineering, with over 14 years’ experience in the field. Has administrative and payroll background here in the UK. Has worked in NHS payroll dept.

He is in charge of T and I payroll dept. Works with the accounting company for T and I to ensure HMRC compliance. Enrolled at Oxford University for Applying Knowledge Management Studies.

Cleo Mzaca

She is a Registered General Nurse, with over 14 years’ experience in nursing, covering a wide range of Specialties such as ENT, Thoracic and Endoscopy.

She qualified as a RGN from Birmingham City University formerly known as University of Central England in Birmingham and joined the Heart of England Foundation Trust, which covered Heartlands, Solihull and Good Hope hospitals. She then moved to Scotland and worked at the Endoscopy Unit as a Staff Nurse at Forth Valley Royal Hospital.

Cleo has worked in both care homes and the NHS. She is currently providing admin support for the company.

Kemi Arojojoye

She has nursing background with over 15 years’ experience in both acute and care home setting. Attained SVQ 4 in health and Social Care, (2009). Trainer and facilitator of all mandatory courses in a care home setting, Certified Moving and handling trainer.Has developed an excellent relationship with Home Managers, Area Managers, and Directors of Care home providers over the years.

Kemi has recently completed her MSC in Dementia Studies (June. 2016) Has managerial experience in a care home setting.

She is the Registered Manager for T and I with Care Inspectorate, recruits, and shortlist, conduct interviews, inducts, reviews, appraises, manages work placements, staff skill mix, deals with complaints and obviously seeks feedback from all our clients to better improve our services.
